Christmas Hours

The practice will be closed 3pm on 24 Dec 2025 and reopen on 5 Jan 2026. 

If you require urgent medical advice during this time, please phone the practice on (03) 381 0551 and we will be able to assist with acute clinical triage or phone consultations with one of our doctors.

Healthline also provides urgent medical advice and assistance -  0800 611 116.  This number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you have a medical emergency please dial 111 for an ambulance, or attend the Emergency Department at Christchurch Public Hospital if you can safely make your way there.

MYINDICI PATIENT PORTAL

Ferry Road Medical Centre utilises MyIndici as our patient portal, giving patients access to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and review test results from their cell phone or home computer. 

REGISTRATION

As part of the registration process we need to ensure we can confirm who you are. To do this, you will need to visit the practice in person to complete our Portal Registration Form. We also need to see one form of PHOTO ID

Our team will then send you an email with a unique MyIndici Token and registration link. Follow the link and prompts and then download the free MYINDICI APP.

If you need assistance, we are happy to help. We can register you next time you are in the practice and assist with getting the APP downloaded. We also have a step-by- step guide on accessing the portal under our Services (Patient Portal) tab on the website.
